Overview of payment process
Surfara is dedicated to ensuring a seamless payment process for our business partners. We leverage our partnership with Stripe, a leading payment processor, to handle both payments and payouts securely and efficiently. Here’s how we manage this process:
Onboarding and setting up payment information
To begin receiving payments, businesses must complete an onboarding process. This setup, facilitated by our partner Stripe, involves providing necessary banking and business information to streamline payments directly to your account.
Payment Release: After a service is successfully completed, payments are released 1 business day later, ensuring that funds are transferred only after the service is rendered satisfactorily.
Supported countries and special Cases
Supported Countries: Stripe supports a wide range of countries, including most of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and several countries in Asia and the Middle East. A complete list of supported countries is available during the onboarding process.
Businesses Outside Supported Countries: For now, businesses operating outside of the supported countries can still list services and receive booking requests on Surfara. However, these businesses need to manage payments independently on location until we expand our payment processing capabilities to include more regions.
Delays and issues with payments
If any issues arise, such as missing or incomplete payments, businesses are encouraged to contact our support team immediately. We are committed to resolving any payment discrepancies swiftly to ensure you receive your funds promptly.

By partnering with Stripe, we ensure that every financial transaction is secure. Stripe's robust security protocols protect both businesses and their clients, safeguarding against fraud and unauthorized transactions.
